Delivery Terms
We use Gdex for all parcel box deliveries, as they offer a premium service with secure handling. Gdex separates these shipments from regular parcels to ensure fast and clean delivery. For most areas, the box will arrive the next day, though it may take two days for more remote locations. If you have concerns about the delivery timeframe, please reconsider placing an order, as we cannot guarantee a specific delivery day, and it is beyond our control.

Check Out Only Wenzi's Sourdough Box
Only the Wenzi's Sourdough Box can be checked out. You can order as many boxes as you want, but please place separate orders for other sourdough products, as they cannot be combined for delivery.
Single Address per Order
Each single order is limited to one address only. If you wish to send to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Pure and Natural Ingredients
Our sourdough is crafted entirely from natural ingredients—free from preservatives, additives, artificial components, artificial colors and flavors, and softening agents.
Proper Storage
Due to our commitment to using pure and natural ingredients, combined with Malaysia's high humidity and the challenges of environmental changes during delivery, our sourdough can become mouldy very quickly. We bake early on Tuesday mornings, so by Thursday, there's a high likelihood of mould development. Therefore, it is essential to keep the sourdough in the freezer. Please note that we will not be responsible for any changes, refunds, or complaints related to mouldy bread.
Freeze Your Sourdough Fresh
The best way to keep sourdough as fresh as if it just came out of the oven is to freeze it. Once you receive the bread, slice it and place it back in the original packaging before putting it in the freezer. When you're ready to enjoy it, simply take out the slices you need—there's no need to thaw. Spray a generous amount of water on both sides, then bake, toast, or air fry for 3 minutes. I promise it will be just as good as fresh from the oven. If you prefer it soft, remove it from the freezer (no thawing required) and steam it for 2 minutes. Keeping the bread in the freezer is the best way to preserve its quality, allowing it to stay fresh for at least 3 months.
