I co-founded Langit Collective, a social enterprise that connects rural farmers with urban markets to bridge the economic gap. As Langit’s CFO, I manage both finances and oversee agricultural projects in rural Borneo. My background as an actuary, combined with years of hands-on experience working with indigenous communities, has given me a deep appreciation for their farming practices, unique ingredients, and culinary traditions.

Now, as a co-founder of OL Bakery, I bring this knowledge and passion for local ingredients to our sourdough creations. I’m always exploring new flavours and techniques to craft sourdough that’s innovative and meaningful. Each loaf reflects my journey from Borneo’s farmlands to your table, and I hope you’ll love the unique tastes and stories behind them.
