A beautiful harmony of tart-sweet cranberries and nutty toasted sesame. This loaf brings together the fruity burst of dried cranberries with the deep, earthy aroma of black and white sesame seeds, folded into our signature slow-fermented sourdough. Expect a gentle crunch in every bite, balanced by a soft, chewy crumb and a golden crust. Perfect on its own, toasted with butter, or paired with a smear of cream cheese or nut butter.

Storage & Reheat Tips

No time to slice?
It’s okay — slice within 2 days and freeze. Bread stays good at room temperature till then

Freezer: Up to 3 months. Slice first if possible, then freeze in a ziplock bag

Chiller (Fridge): Not recommended — it dries out the bread faster

To reheat: Toast or bake straight from frozen — no need to thaw
