This was once one of our boldest loaves — bursting with edamame, sweetcorn, fresh brown onion, cheddar cheese, and a kick of Sarawak black pepper. A flavour-packed beauty that many loved, including ourselves.
But fresh onion spoils quickly, and with so many ingredients, custom requests came pouring in:
“No onion, please.”
“Can I skip the pepper?”
“Make it without corn?”
Trying to please everyone, we ended up pleasing no one — not even ourselves. Mistakes happened, and eventually, we let it go.
Still, some of you never forgot. Neither did we.
So here it is again. No changes. No compromises.

No time to slice?
It’s okay — slice within 2 days and freeze. Bread stays good at room temperature till then
Freezer: Up to 3 months. Slice first if possible, then freeze in a ziplock bag
Chiller (Fridge): Not recommended — it dries out the bread faster
To reheat: Toast or bake straight from frozen — no need to thaw
