Our Cheese-Infused Sourdough is made with Parmesan and melting cheddar incorporated directly into the dough, creating a rich, savoury flavour with a subtle cheesy aroma. Built on the same well-loved dough base as our Cheese Biasa and Cheese Kaw Kaw, each variety is paired with different inclusions for its own unique flavour experience.
